If plan A doesn't work, the alphabet has 25 more letters - 204 if you're in Japan. - Claire Cook
Letters
Welcome to this issue of the Alte!
Letters are what makes up written language and carries knowledge from one generation to the next. At the same time letters are also little packages of words sent to our mail box. Until you open it you won't know exactly what's inside it, but you know that someone has thought of you and taken the time to send you words. I personally find that incredibly exciting! Likewise, we here at the Alte are always excited to receive letters from all of you with submissions for the paper. So I hope you will all enjoy them as much as we editors have. We appreciate all of you; readers and writers alike so much. Thank you for making the Alte what it is. As always, we would of course love to hear any comments and feedback you may have. If you wish to contact us, you can do so through e-mail or by the handy little form at the bottom of this page. On behalf of the Alte staff, we hope you enjoy this Issue, and all of which to come. |
