This issue of the Alte is a special issue: it is the 60th and that kind of round number always prompts at least us to look back and think of what's been before us. It's a curious thing and an important thing. And most of all; a thing that would be impossible without memories (and in this case also our archive which is by the way a very interesting read if anyone feels like looking into it).
For this issue we have also gotten a lot of lovely submissions that we are sure we will enjoy looking back on when we round another corner. I hope you will all enjoy them as much as we editors have. We appreciate all of you; readers and writers alike so much. Thank you for making the Alte what it is. As always, we would of course love to hear any comments and feedback you may have.
