The Moon

The moon has fascinated humanity since the dawn of mankind. It is our constant companion and at the same time so well known and so mysterious. It has inspired countless songs, stories and poems and it continues to inspire us every time we take the time to look up and admire it's beauty.
This month in ALTE, we celebrate everything the moon stands for and we hope you will enjoy reading this issue. Thank you so much for another brilliant year! May the ones that follow be just as wonderful and just as inspired.

As always we wish to extend a great thank you to those who have sent in articles, puzzles and all sorts of other wonderful pieces to ALTE. We appreciate you and hope that everyone reading will enjoy this issue.

     This Issue in the Alte:

• The ads section is back in full swing with lots of great opportunities. Though if  puzzles are more your thing, I suggest you try some of the great puzzles we have this month.
• We have many great article from our very talented writers. This time Silvana explains to us how  the Moon got its Crators and also gives us a view at the April Pink Moon. Mia Fountain explains the Moon's phases and their meaning, and Emily Spencer tells us all about the Myths and Legedends of the Moon. We highly encourage you to give all these super interesting articles a try.
  
• I'm amazed by how many of you submit to our Alte challenges! The Drabble Babble Challenge has a number of drabbles waiting to be read, and photos to been seen in the Photography portion.
  
• There are of course also BINGO this time! Even more than usual as Hannah Lovegood has entirely dominated the field this time around. She has submitted 23! Bingo stories as well as a bonus one about the Moon. Go check them out here!
